Terry Myers is a native of Tuscarawas County and graduate of New Philadelphia High School. He attended Kent State University’s Tuscarawas Campus as well as numerous banking and marketing courses over the years.
After 17 years in the banking industry, Terry purchased a monument company in 1987. He expanded to five locations and 12 years later sold the business to enjoy semi-retirement.
Terry has been an active community leader and his memberships include New Philadelphia Jaycees, past president and board member of Cambridge Kiwanis club and Cambridge High School Academic Boosters. He has served on the board of directors and as vice president of the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce.
His family is active in the Church of Christ in New Philadelphia. He serves as a deacon and elder, and with his wife Linda, has taught Bible classes. He served as the treasurer at the 10th and Clairmont congregation at Cambridge.

Terry and his wife of 44 years enjoy reading, traveling, fishing and camping. The couple has two sons, Ryan and his wife Aimee of Nashville, Tennessee and Travis of Abilene, Texas. They also have one grandson, Ethan.
