Sandra Hope Cramblett

Sandra Hope Cramblett, age 81, of Canton, died peacefully, Tuesday, December 8, 2020, while in the care of Canterbury Villa of Alliance, following a period of declining health.

Born in Canton, Ohio on September 17, 1939, Sandy was a daughter of the late Lon and Neva Reighard.

Sandy was a graduate of the former Timken High School at Canton and worked for Vankay in Perry Township and Akro Mills in Akron. She was also a familiar face at the Country Kitchen in Canton where she also worked as a waitress.

Sandy loved raising and training American Quarter Horses, training Dobermans and quilting.

She is survived by three children, Mary Howell of Canton, Curtis (Barbara West) of San Jose, California, and Christe (Jason) Irwin of Mineral City; two granddaughters, Rachael and Kailey, and two-great-grandsons, Xavier and Xander.

In addition to her parents, Sandy was preceded in death by sisters, Betty Foltz, Jane Brubaugh, and a brother, Sam Reighard.

In keeping with Sandy’s wishes, there will be no public visitation or services. The Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory at New Philadelphia is handling cremation care.
