Completing the family are his siblings, Thomas (Sue) Brown, Robert (Marilyn) Brown, Carol (Bill) Arnold, and Jerry (Judy) Brown; a son-in-law, Tom (Alisa) Roth, a sister-in-law, Janadean “Toots” Brown, and a very good friend, David Oakes.

In addition to his parents, Dick was preceded in death by his wife Sandi Brown; a daughter, Ronni Roth; and a brother, Joe Brown.

The family will greet guests on Friday, November 19, 2021, from Noon -2 PM in the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory at New Philadelphia where Father Jeff Coning will lead a service in the funeral home’s chapel at 2 PM. Burial will follow in the Ridgecrest Memory Gardens at Dover.
