Linda I. Trouts, 65, of Dover, died Monday, September 2, 2019. In keeping with Linda’s wishes, cremation will take place and a memorial visitation will be held on Friday, September 6, 2019 from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Geib Funeral Center at Dover.
