Lelia Mae Snodgrass

LELIA MAE SNODGRASS, 84, of Dover, died Tuesday, March 5, 2002 at Hennis Care Centre. She was born in Cameron, WV on May 21, 1917 to the late Reverdy and Golda Gray Snodgrass Reynolds. Lelia was a former resident of the Alliance area and was a member of the Alliance First Baptist Church. She worked for the Zone Cab Company as a dispatcher, and moved to Dover in 1994 from Alliance. She is survived by a daughter, Carolyn (Dale) Haas of Plant City, FL; sons, Chuck (Karen Schwartz) Burris of New Philadelphia, Joseph (Julie) Burris of Canton and James (Janet) Burris of Strasburg; sister, Ada (Forrest) Clark of Uhrichsville; 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, her brother preceded her in death. Services will be private, with Rev. Joel Adkins officiating. Burial will follow at Dover Burial Park.
