Kelly J. Starr, 54, of Uhrichsville, passed away December 10, 2020 following a courageous battle with cancer.
Born in Dover on December 12, 1965, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Edna (Rennicker) Emery.
After graduating from Dover High School in 1984, she worked as a dietary aide at Park Village in Dover until her retirement.
Kelly loved shopping at thrift stores, working Sudoku and jigsaw puzzles, and gardening. She especially had a special place in her heart for animals.
She is survived by her sons, Brian Bernhart and Justin Bernhart, both of Dover; her grandson, Killian Bernhart; sisters, Rachel Wainscott of Florida and Andrea (David) Murray of Dover; and her nieces and nephews, Danielle Shoup, Antony Wainscott, Spencer Wainscott, Hannah Murray, Olivia Murray, and their families.
No public services are scheduled and Geib Funeral Home at Dover has been entrusted with Kelly’s care.
