Joyce Elaine Garbrandt, 63, of New Philadelphia, died Friday, June 24, 2022 in her home surrounded by her loving family.
A daughter of the late Forrest Wayne and Lucille (McCoy) Garbrandt was born October 15, 1958 at Dover, Ohio.

Joyce Elaine Garbrandt, 63, of New Philadelphia, died Friday, June 24, 2022 in her home surrounded by her loving family.
A daughter of the late Forrest Wayne and Lucille (McCoy) Garbrandt was born October 15, 1958 at Dover, Ohio.
Joyce was a lifelong resident of New Philadelphia and resided in the home her grandfather built in 1910. Over the years, she was employed at L and K, and Kmart. She was an avid gardener and loved to cheer on the Cleveland Browns and the Cleveland Indians.
She is survived by her sisters, Patricia and Janice Garbrandt of New Philadelphia; a brother, John (Vickie) Garbrandt of New Philadelphia; two nieces, Tonya (Joshua) Johnson of Dennison and Tiffany (Matt) McClellan of Canton; great-nieces and nephews, Brody, Bryler, Brixton, Bryson, Payton, Alex and Alexis.
Joyce was preceded in death by her parents.
In keeping with Joyce’s wishes, cremation care has been entrusted to Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home and Crematory in New Philadelphia. An inurnment will be held in Evergreen Burial Park at New Philadelphia at a later date.
The family wishes to thank Community Hospice for their outstanding care and ask that contributions may be made in Joyce’s memory to Community Hospice of Tuscarawas County, 716 Commercial Avenue SW, New Philadelphia, OH 44663.
