Sending my deepest and heartfelt condolences to Uncle Ken, Billy, Kim, and family. I have many fond memories of Auntie Joan and I am grateful for the time we had with her both in Canada and the US. As a child, I remember when Auntie Joan and her family would visit from Ohio, her siblings and their families would gather. All weekend and long into the night, they would sing, dance, tell stories, play card games, and often new babies would be named at that table. Auntie Joan was the beautiful songbird, and as she journeys and gathers once again with our loved ones in the spirit world, together they will continue showering unwavering love and encouragement of family.

Sending my deepest and heartfelt condolences to Uncle Ken, Billy, Kim and family. Wishing you comfort and peace on the loss of beautiful Aunt Joan. I have such fond memories of family gatherings and would look forward to when she and the family would visit from Ohio. She was always extra special to me as my Godmother and always held a special place in my heart. She was a beautiful soul who touched so many lives. She and my father had such a special bond that she named her son, my cousin Bill after him, I know my dad was so proud and honoured We may have lost a special and loving family member, but heaven has gained another beautiful and amazing angel. I know she is with all of her sisters and brother and they are all watching over us. Her memories and love will live forever in our hearts. Rest In Peace my beautiful Aunt Joan. Until we meet again. With love, Tammy

Aunt Joan was such a beautiful lady, inside and out. The family and I are so incredibly lucky to have had such an amazing woman in our lives. Aunt Joan fought a long and hard battle, but always stayed hopeful, which was the kind of person she was. She was one of a kind. My thoughts go out to the immediate family and everyone’s heart she had touched. We will all miss you so very much. I hope your sister (my grandma), Rita is waiting at the gates of heaven for you with a Harvey’s hamburger. Rest In Peace angel. I love you.

For those of you who knew her, how lucky you were. For those of you whom didn't, i wish you had. She encompassed everything real and honest. Everything unselfish and forgiving. She deserved much more than she was given, but managed with what she had. I can only thank God everyday for blessing me with her as my Mom. I can't imagine what my world without her in it will be like. I truly hope a reunification with those preceding her, brings her a joy and peace like no other. You will be missed so much Mom. I love you!

It's very unbelievable to know that she is no longer with us. Such a beautiful soul. I very vividly remember the little things. When she would come in and sit on the chair right across from grandma and they could talk for hours and hours if they didn't have stuff to do. Her bright smile lit up a room. She always found the good out of everyone and everything. It didn't matter how bad of a mistake was made. Her love was only getting stronger for everyone who was there for her. Like a flower. She was beautiful, she blossomed with more love around her then ever. And she passed a happy and pure soul.
