Where do you start there was so many great things about Jim. He was the type of person if you needed him he was there no matter what! He had that glowing personality that made anyone he meet comfortable around him.He treated me like a son& friend. And I loved him the same. You will always be in my heart Jim

JR served in VP-6 in Barber's Point, Hawaii with myself and several others in the late 70's-1980 serving as aircrew techs on P-3's. We deployed from Hawaii to several places over the Pacific and Indian Oceans. You were always happy to see him, easy to work with, fun to be around. He drove my wife to Waimea Falls where we were married. JR was a good sailor, good friend.
