Jane Ann Schocksnider, 81, of Dellroy, passed away Friday, November 8, 2019 in Carroll Health Care Center at Carrollton, following a period of declining health.

Born in Uniontown, she was the daughter of the late Homer and Emma Jane (Kolars) Milburn and was a homemaker.

Jane Ann Schocksnider, 81, of Dellroy, passed away Friday, November 8, 2019 in Carroll Health Care Center at Carrollton, following a period of declining health.

Born in Uniontown, she was the daughter of the late Homer and Emma Jane (Kolars) Milburn and was a homemaker.

Surviving are four daughters, Kathy (Mark) Grimm of Bergholz, Carol (Donnie) Wardell of New Philadelphia, Kimberly Schocksnider of Malvern and Sherry (Stephen) Rutledge of Dellroy; two sons, Rocky Schocksnider of Bloomingdale and Shannon Schocksnider of Mineral City; a sister-in-law, Virginia Clemens of Dundee; 18 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and numerous great-great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Jane was also preceded in death by her husband, Harry E. Schocksnider and two brothers, Homer Dale Milburn and Fred Milburn and a grandson, Shannon Allender.

A service celebrating Jane’s life will be conducted Thursday, November 14, 2019 at 1:30 PM in the Geib Funeral Center at Dover. Burial will in Ridgecrest Memory Gardens at Dover and a reception will be held in the Hospitality Room of the Geib Funeral Center at Dover following the burial. The family will receive friends Wednesday, November 13, 2019 from 5 to 7 PM n the Geib Funeral Center at Dover.

The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 408 9th Street SW, Canton, Ohio 44707.
