Worked with Jim in Network Services at Kent State Tuscarawas. He had great passion for technology and a work ethic that was contagious. This was extremely helpful to our traditional student technicians learning the benefits of pride in your work and willingness to do the job right. Jim was also a great friend that always checked in with the people he cared about. We shared many laughs and a few jam sessions outside of work. Jim had such a positive influence on the lives of everyone that was lucky to cross paths with him. You will be missed dearly, my friend.

Jim was the first co worker I really had. We both worked at Kent State Tuscarawas as student technicians and both had an opportunity in 2016 for an internship at Muskingam Watershed. Jim was a great person, coworker but more importantly, one of my best friends. I will miss you Jim I love you brother. This breaks my heart....

Jimmy was such a great person. We went to many Dead shows with him. I have so many wonderful memories with him. My husband was his best man when he married Tammy. Went to New York to visit his Mom, love the area he was born. It was so beautiful. Just like him.

So sorry to hear of Jimmy's passing. I cherish the memories made when he visited Jim and I, especially at 404 Deersville Ave. I know that him and Jim are visiting again and neither are in any pain.
