I can't imagine a world without my life-long friend 'Jimmy Deibel'. Since 3rd grade at the Memorial Hall & later the Skate Place. Friemdships that maintain for 45yrs aren't easy but our 30yr pac was a good run! Life didn't turn our how we thought it would in our youth but we've done ok with where the cards fell <3 Your patience teaching me video games, foosball, and how to skate were just the start to a great & constant friendship. You came to my house to tell me in person you were going to be a daddy before telling anyone else. You showed up on my 16th birthday to let me drive your Nova (and my mother let me go haha.) You had Christmas with me when you returned from the military & then pushed the dried up tree out the window as I'd left it up until you got home, with yellow ribbons all over it. You were one of Mom's favorites & you knew it! You ALWAYS made time for my calls. You kept in touch and always checked to see when I'd be back home in T-County from Texas... I hate I've not been home in almost 2yrs and can't imagine returning and you not being there. My family was SO looking forward to seeing you Labor Day weekend at my daughters bridal shindig. 'Jimmy Deibel' was a true Patriot and made sure everyone knew it. He loved what and who he loved even though he didn't always show it, like the rest of us. My head & heart are swimming in memories. OhMyHeart I will be in denial over this loss a long long time... May all who loved him, family and friends alike, be blessed by having known 'Jimmy Deibel'. Skate On!!!

Many childhood memories with you Jimmy, hanging out while our sisters “Jody and Jeannie” ran around getting into trouble while you and I had a blast riding our BMX bikes together across the street from my house at “The Pits”. Then going to The Skate Place to play Fooseball. Those were the days. We may have drifted apart over the years but I always remembered all the fun times and laughs we had. Thank you for those memories Jimmy and until we meet again…Rest in Peace Brother.
