Holly J. Fountain

Holly J. Fountain, 51, of Freeport, died suddenly, Monday, July 8, 2002 at Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center in Cambridge.Born in Sandusky, Ohio, she was the daughter of Larry W. and Carol Galitz Nabakowski of Carrollton and had worked as an L.P.N. in numerous medical facilities.In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Robert W. Fountain of Freeport, a daughter, Amy L. (Matthew) Meek of Malvern; a son, Christian L. (Jennifer) Fountain of New Philadelphia; four grandchildren, Camilynn, Cassilee and Coby Meek and Cullen Fountain; four sisters, Debra (Randy) McNealley of Hamilton, Robin Tokash of Malvern, Heidi Bruno of Newport Center, Vermont and Susan Nabakowski of Carrollton.Visitation will be held Thursday, July 11, 2002 from 5 to 7 PM in the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home in New Philadelphia. Following the visitation, and in keeping with her wishes, her body is to be cremated and a private family service will be held at a later date.
