Eileen Lieser, 79, of Dover, died Thursday, August 26, 2004 at her home.The youngest child of Oscar S. and Mary Ada Farmer Green, she was born April 13, 1925, in New Philadelphia, Ohio. She was a 1943 graduate of New Philadelphia High School.Eileen was employed as a secretary by Dover City Schools for thirty years, retiring in l994.She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Dover, where she belonged to the Lois Circle.Eileen will be greatly missed by daughter Pamela Lieser of Lyndhurst, OH; daughter Robin Lieser and son-in-law David Pritchard of Winston-Salem, NC; son Allen Lieser of Jacksonville, FL; son and daughter-in-law Ron and Laura Lieser of Columbus, OH; grandchildren Jackson Pritchard and Eileen Pritchard of Winston-Salem, NC and Caroline Lieser and Adam Lieser of Columbus, OH; and several nieces and nephews including two special nieces, Sonie Cooper and Judy Schatz.She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Earl N. Lieser who died in l999; brothers, Edgar Green and Donald Green; and sister, Verna Palumbo.Cremation is under the care of the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory in New Philadelphia.A memorial service will be held at First United Methodist Church of Dover on Tuesday, August 31, 2004 at 11:00 am with the Rev. Larry Black officiating.The family requests that memorial contributions in Eileen’s memory be made to Hospice of Tuscarawas County, 201 W.
