Edna B. Steiner

Edna B. Steiner, 79, of New Philadelphia, died Thursday, October 31, 2002 at Aultman Hospital in Canton. Born in Derry Township, Guernsey County, she was the daughter of the late Lyman H. and Corrella Dunn Brokaw. She was a homemaker and a member of Jerusalem Church in New Philadelphia.Her husband, Floyd R. Steiner, preceded her in death in 1993. Surviving is a son, Dale E. (Gloria) Steiner of New Philadelphia and three brothers, Carl Brokaw of Dover; Paul Brokaw of New Philadelphia and Ellsworth “Sonny” Brokaw of Strasburg. Four brothers and five sisters are also deceased.Funeral services will be held Monday, November 4, 2002 at 10:30 AM at the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home in New Philadelphia with Rev. Dr. Terry Downin officiating. Burial will be at Evergreen Burial Park in New Philadelphia. A reception will be held in the Geib Family Center following the committal service. Visitation will held Sunday, November 3, 2002 from 2 to 5 PM in the funeral home.
