Anyone who knew Dolly is well aware of her congeniality and social graces. During her younger days, she loved bowling, tennis, and golf. Her memberships included St. Joseph Church, United States Tennis Association, Women’s International Bowling Association, and the Republican party.

Dolly will be dearly missed by her daughters, Chona Samson-Kinsey and her husband, Matthew, and Sheila Samson-Witt and her husband, Chris, all of Dover. She leaves behind her grandchildren Nathan Kinsey, Palmer and Aidan Witt.

Her family also includes two sisters, Dr. Adelaida Antonio and Carmen Edwards; two brothers, Antonio B. Alfar (Ellen) and Rolando Alfar (Ma. Divina); sisters-in-law, Lorna Espinas (Dennis), and Aida Samson; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Dolly and her family started out as friends and became our family over 40 years ago. She was always the life of the party, had a heart of gold and was so thoughtful. Most of all, she loved Chona and Sheila immensely proud of all of their accomplishments and her grandchildren. She was precious in HIS sight… so until we meet again you remain in my heart rest now in peace.

Dolly added class wherever she went. I remember always straightening up when she was around. I remember her always being around when I was a kid, the bowling alley, church, Dancing with my mom and friends in our living room back in the 70’s. She gave great hugs and always asked how my kids were. She knew details about my life that few others did. Always encouraged my goals and was a great friend to my mom. Much love to Chona and Sheila.
