Victor H. Nguyen

Victor H. Nguyen, age 42, of Dover, died Sunday, September 20, 2026, in Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital at Dover.

Born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania on November 25, 1983, Victor is the son of Mai Chau Nguyen and the late Sang Huu Nguyen.

Victor Nguyen graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2006 with a degree in Neuroscience and earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) in 2011. During dental school, he served as social chair of the Delta Sigma Delta professional fraternity.

Victor cherished spending time with his daughters, Sakora and Alina, frequently visiting friends and family and attending cosplay conventions together.

Victor enjoyed board games, anime, video games, stock trading, Magic: The Gathering, LEGO, and game design. He especially loved the multiplayer survival horror game Dead by Daylight, through which he formed many lasting friendships. He also enjoyed games such as Umamusume: Pretty Derby, the Final Fantasy series, and Clair Obscur: Expedition 33.

He will be remembered for bringing friends and family together and creating lasting memories of joy and laughter.

In addition to his mother and daughters, Victor is survived by a sister, Lisa (husband, Kevin Click) Nguyen of Glenford, Ohio; a brother, Philip (wife, Thi My Dung) Nguyen of Lancaster, Pennsylvania; a niece, Celicia Click, and nephews, Maxwell, Liam, and Leonardo Nguyen.

A private family ceremony will be held in the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory at New Philadelphia with cremation care following.
