Stacie Rae Clinton, 51, of Dennison, Ohio, passed away at her home on June 6, 2026.

Born on March 24, 1975, the daughter of Charles David Clinton and Bessie K. Herschler.

Stacie was a 1994 graduate of Claymont High School, who also attended Buckeye Career Center Joint Vocational School, receiving certification in phlebotomy. Currently employed by Valley Home Care as a Home Health Aide, she was deeply dedicated to her patients, providing not only exceptional care but also companionship and friendship. She grew very close to many of those she cared for, treating them with dignity, compassion, and kindness. Her work reflected her natural gift for helping others and her desire to make a difference in their lives.

Stacie cherished spending time with her loved ones and created countless memories with them through camping trips, fishing adventures, family gatherings, and home-cooked meals. Stacie was an excellent cook whose meals brought comfort and joy to family and friends alike.

She had a special love for nature, particularly butterflies and plants. Stacie possessed a remarkable green thumb and took great pride in caring for her many plants. Her home was filled with beautiful greenery, reflecting the nurturing spirit she shared with everyone around her.

In addition to her parents, Stacie is survived by her sons, Ian (Courtney) Clinton and Tommy Rothacher II; grandchildren Noah, Ella and Myah; her sister, Valerie Clinton; and many extended family members, friends, coworkers, and former patients whose lives were touched by her kindness and love.

In keeping with Stacie’s wishes, there will be no public services. The Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory at New Philadelphia is handling arrangements.
