Nancy J. Tolotti

Nancy J. Tolotti, 78, of Dover, passed away at Park Village Care Center on Tuesday, January 26, 2016 following a period of declining health.

Nancy, a loving and wise mother, peacefully left us surrounded by her loving daughters and grandchildren. She followed her late husband of 35 years, Larry E. Tolotti, just 7 months after his passing. They are together again with our Lord.

Born in Fremont, Ohio on December 17, 1937, she and her twin, Nanette Welsh of California, were the youngest of 10 children. She was the daughter of the late Alfred and Gertrude (Thomas) Perry.

After completing her formal education, Nancy joined the United States Army where she served her country until leaving with an honorable discharge to marry and start a family.

She is survived by her three loving daughters, Teresa Mary of Hattisburg, MS, Valarie Crone of Dover, and Karla Staley of New Philadelphia; as well as 9 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, two sisters and many extended family members.

A member of Grace Lutheran Church in Dover, she remained faithful and true to our Lord until the end. She devoted her life to helping those less fortunate than herself and worked many years in nursing homes. Her guiding hand, her words of wisdom, and her loving embrace will be greatly missed.

Per Nancy’s request, no public visitation or services are scheduled. Cremation has been entrusted to the Geib Funeral Service at Dover. Those wishing may leave a memorial donation in Nancy’s name to Community Hospice of Tuscarawas County.
