Mildred L. Creal

Mildred L. Creal, of Mims, FL, formerly of New Philadelphia, died Thursday, July 1, 2004, in Titusville.Born May 14, 1911, in Goshen Township, she was the daughter of the now late Arthur and Katherine Schumacher Gibbs.For many years, she was the kitchen manager at the former Elks Lodge in downtown New Philadelphia.She is survived by her daughters, Carolyn (Charlie) Tuck of Mims, FL and Myra (Bud) Eckhardt of Marietta, OH; son, James E. (Mary Ann) Creal of New Philadelphia; seven grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her husband, Myron M. Creal, who died in l983; her parents, two brothers, Charles and Paul Gibbs; one sister, Anna Gibbs; and one infant great-granddaughter.Visitation will be Tuesday, July 6, 2004 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am. at the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory in New Philadelphia. Services will be conducted by Pastor Susan Koenig at 10:00 am. in the funeral home chapel. Burial at Evergreen Cemetery in New Philadelphia will follow the service.
