Lisa Ann (Bryte) Hutchison, 61, of Bolivar, Ohio, passed away in her home on January 27, 2026, deeply beloved by her family, friends, and all who knew her.
She was born May 4, 1964, in Columbus, Ohio to Connie (Sisson) Brechak and the late Robert Bryte.
Lisa was a graduate of Warren High School and continued her education at Jamestown Community College and the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford. On May 19, 1989, she married George W. Hutchison, Jr. She devoted many years of service to the Visiting Nursing Association in Bradford, Pennsylvania. In 2013, she relocated to Ohio with her husband and daughter, where she was employed by Brewster Cheese in the Human Resources Department until her retirement in 2025.
An avid reader, Lisa loved detective and crime novels and proudly owned and read every book written by Michael Connelly. Together with George and their daughter, Kyndal Hutchison, Lisa enjoyed traveling the country, exploring 46 of the lower 48 states and spending a great deal of time in national parks. She also cherished her beloved dog, Maizey, who passed in 2024.
In addition to her husband, mother, and daughter, Lisa is survived by her sister, Cristina (Leroy) Fry of Charlestown, Indiana; Rebecca Bryte of Marietta, Ohio; her mother-in-law, Barbara Hutchison of Newport, Ohio; and her brother- and sisters-in-law, as well as several nieces and nephews. She will always be our sunshine.
