Linda Carol Price

Linda C. Price, 42, East Sparta, OH. died Thursday, July 31, 2003, following a life-long struggle with diabetes.A daughter of Gloria Dunn Sampson and the late Fred Sampson, Linda was born in Altoona, PA, on September 7, l960, and was a longtime resident of this area.She is survived by her daughter, Sherri Lynn Price of Dover; granddaughter, Elyse Renee Price; sisters, Janet (Larry) Hoover and Ellen (Mike) McConnell of Altoona, PA; nephews, Adam and Tony Hoover and Joey, Kelly, Noah, Chrissy, Amanda, and Mikey McConnell; and her fiance, James Leroy Irons.Private family visitation and services will be followed by cremation under the care and supervision of the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory in New Philadelphia. To honor Linda’s life, friends and family are invited to a benefit memorial dinner on Sunday evening, August 3, at 6:00 PM, at the old Bear Creek Steakhouse, located at 3232 Downing Street in East Sparta.
