Kenneth E. Myers

Kenneth E. “Kenny”  Myers, 60, of New Philadelphia, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, October 8, 2023 in Cleveland Clinic – Union Hospital at Dover.

Born in Dennison, Kenny was the son of the late Melvin V. and Thelma J. (Lute) Myers and a 1982 graduate of the former Indian Valley North High School. Kenny was employed as a Press Operator at Deflecto Plastic Products at Dover and had a passion for working on and restoring cars.

Kenny is survived by his brother, Ron (Beth) Myers of New Philadelphia; his sister, Carol Myers-Decker of Newcomerstown and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

In addition to his parents, Kenny was preceded in death by a sister, Bonnie Veselenak.

A service celebrating Kenny’s life will be held on Thursday, October 12, 2023 beginning at 6 PM in the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home at New Philadelphia with Pastor Brian Flood officiating. Visitation will be held from 5 PM until the time of the service. In keeping with Kenny’s wishes, cremation care will be provided following the conclusion of his service.
