Joyce Palmer

Joyce Palmer, age 81, of Uhrichsville, died Tuesday, September 21, 2010 following a period of declining health.She was born in Flushing, O. on February 13, 1929 to the late Roy and Hester Minne. Her lifetime was spent as a homemaker and an avid gardener.She had a passion for animals and was a life member of the Tuscarawas County Humane Society.Joyce is survived by her son, Danny (Patty) Palmer of Mineral City; and her longtime companion, William “Bill” Pugh of Uhrichsville.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her 2 sisters, Eleanor and Ditty; and 3 brothers, Anthony, David, and Bud Minne. No public visitation or services are scheduled.
