James E. Swinderman

JAMES E. SWINDERMAN, 63, died Monday, May 5, 2003, at Morning View Care Center in New Philadelphia. Born August 24, 1939 in Dover, he was a son of the late John E. and Doris E. (Maholm) Swinderman. Jim was reared and educated in Midvale and by profession he was a truck driver. Surviving family include a son, James (Lori J. Fisher) Swinderman of Dover; a daughter, Teresa (Chris) Byers of Roswell; five grandchildren, Shannon Swinderman, Sean and Kristofer Swinderman, Rachelle and Amber Byers. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Carla Swinderman, great-granddaughter, Alexia Ann Maurer and his brother, Richard “Bud” Swinderman. There will be no calling hours. A graveside service will be conducted Thursday, May 8, 2003 at 10:00 AM at East Avenue Cemetery. Contributions honoring Jim’s life may be made to Hospice of Tuscarawas County, 201 W.
