Edith Mae McPherson, 84, of Dover, formerly of, Stone Creek, died Friday, March 3, 2006, at Park Village Health Care Center in Dover.A daughter of the late Edward R. and Florence A. Reifensnyder McPherson, Edith was born March 18, 1921, in Stone Creek, O.She was a graduate of Stone Creek High School and was retired from Miller Studio.Edith is survived by a sister-in-law, Jean McPherson, of Canton, O.; a niece, Esther Jean (Ted) Curran, of Medina, O.; nephews, Stanley McPherson, of Canton, O., Kenneth (Donna) McPherson, of Minerva, O., Bruce (Bonny) McPherson, of Louisville, O., Duane (Rose) McPherson, of Youngstown, O. and David McPherson, of Canton.She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Paul McPherson; and a sister, Ruth McPherson.Visitation will be Tuesday, March 7, 2006, from 9:00 a.m. till 10:30 a.m. in the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory in New Philadelphia. Services will be conducted by Irving Ross and Scott Hanks at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, immediately following the visitation. Burial will be at Stone Creek Cemetery.
