Delaphee Rose Nelson passed away May 2, 2017 in Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center at Columbus.
She is survived by her loving parents Hunter West-Fitch and Jesse Nelson; a brother, Jewelius Nelson; as well as her grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins; the family would also like to offer a special thanks to Great-Grandpa Jim.
“Those we have held in our arms for a little while, we hold in our hearts forever.”
In keeping with the family’s wishes, services will remain private and cremation care will take place through the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory.
