Deborah L. Kaser, age 68, of Dover passed away on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, in Ohio’s Hospice Truman House surrounded by her family after a brief illness.
Born on September 1, 1956, in Akron, Ohio. Debbie was a daughter of the late Gerald and Darlene (Godwin) Sneed.
Debbie loved to travel with her husband Jim. Early in their marriage she was told to “travel and get things done while you are young.” She lived her life by that challenge. She loved to travel, camp and was a gifted fisherman. She especially loved to fish in the lakes of Canada with her husband Jim.
In July of 1974 she married Jim Kaser and together they have enjoyed 50 years of marriage. She is survived by Jim; her sisters, Cindy (Woody) Adcock, Tracy (Nick) Leanord, and Lisa (Dan) Pitzo; aunt, Capitola Turinsky; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Gerald Sneed and Darlene Smith; grandmother, Grace Godwin; and aunt Kay Cockrell.
Cremation care has been entrusted to the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home and Crematory. In keeping with Debbie’s’ wishes no services are planned.
