Darrell Harvey

Darrell Lee Harvey, 68, of Dennison, passed away peacefully on September 14, 2023, in the Northview Adult Group Home.

Born in Dover on July 4, 1955, he was the son of the late Jack D. and Laura M. (Pickar) Harvey.

After graduating from Garaway High School in 1973, he continued his formal education at Kent State University. He excelled as a golfer in both high school and college. Darrell loved to go to Rosalie’s Restaurant in Strasburg for breakfast with his friends.

Darrell is survived by his siblings, Dolores Harvey, Christine (David) Ayers, Jack “JD” Harvey, Ed (Patty) Harvey, Clarice (Jack) Neiswonger, Evelyn (Doug) Littleton, and Jeffrey (Stacy) Harvey; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held in Grandview Union Cemetery at Strasburg on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at 11:30 a.m.
