Cheryl L. Brodzenski, 61, of New Philadelphia, passed away, Tuesday, May 5, 2026, in her home.

Born on July 1, 1964, Cheryl was a daughter of the late Rodney Dean and Judy Dean.

Cheryl loved living a quiet life and enjoyed being in her home with her cat Gypsi. When her health allowed, she enjoyed being outside in the sunshine. She also enjoyed making crafts, painting and doing word searches. Cheryl’s greatest joy was her grandchildren.

She will be missed by her daughters, Melissa (Jeremiah) Rainsberg of New Philadelphia, and Jordan Heller of Strasburg; grandchildren, Jenson, Clara, Owen, and Elliott; and sister, Katrina (Butch) Dean.

Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents.

In keeping with Cheryl’s wishes, cremation care has been entrusted to Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home and Crematory. No services are planned at this time.
