Carol Powell

Carol Powell, 69, of Uhrichsville, passed away in the Community Hospice Truman House on December 23, 2020.

Born in Dover on April 27, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Richard W. Powell and Betty l. (Fowler) Gasser.

Carol was an avid animal lover. She was the administrator at The Last Roundup Rescue For Dobermans, Rotts, Seniors, Horses & Farm Animals.

Carol is survived by her partner, Milton “Mac” Lovejoy; her son, Albert Kerns; and her sister, Sylvia “Jane” Himes of New Philadelphia.

In addition to her parents, Carol was preceded in death by her brother, Richard Powell.
