A native of Tuscarawas County, Terry Myers graduated from New Philadelphia High School in 1966. He attended Kent State University's Tuscarawas Campus as well as numerous banking and marketing courses over the years.

In 1971, Terry married Linda Baker of Newcomerstown. The couple have two sons, Ryan and his wife Aimee of Nashville, Tennessee and Travis of Abilene, Texas. They also have one grandson, Ethan.

After 17 years in the banking industry, Terry purchased a monument company in 1987. He expanded the business to five locations and 12 years later, he had the opportunity to sell the business and enjoy semi-retirement. In 2007, Linda retired from teaching and the couple moved back to Tuscarawas County.

Terry has been an active community leader and his memberships include New Philadelphia Jaycees, past president and board member of Cambridge Kiwanis club, Cambridge High School Academic Boosters and served on the board of directors and as vice president for the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce.

Terry's family is active in the Church of Christ at New Philadelphia. Terry serves as a deacon and elder and along with Linda, they have taught Bible classes. He also served as the treasurer at the 10th and Clairmont congregation at Cambridge.

In their spare time, Terry and Linda enjoy reading, traveling fishing and camping and spending time with their family.

When asked why Terry chose to join the Geib Family and Staff, he simply answered, "Their approach to business matches mine. Top priorities within the company are honesty, integrity and customer satisfaction."
