Michael Locker

Michael S. Locker, 63, of New Philadelphia, passed away Sunday, October 7, 2018 in Aultman Hospital at Canton following a brief illness.

Born in Dover on March 17, 1955, he was the son of the late Charles D. Locker, Sr. and Maxine V. Murphy Locker of New Philadelphia. Michael had retired from the Village of Midvale Street Department and formerly been employed with the Wayne Dalton Door Company.

In addition to his mother, Michael is also survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Linda S. and John Frazee of Sherrodsville. Also preceding him in death were his wife, Joanne Locker and his brother, Charles D. Locker, Jr.

In keeping with his wishes, Michael is to be cremated through the care of Geib’s Tuscarawas Valley Crematory. The Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home in New Philadelphia is in charge of arrangements.
