Judith Burkey

Judith R. Burkey, 75, of Dover and formerly of Fredericksburg, passed away Thursday, November 22, 2018 in Country Club Retirement Center at Dover following a lengthy illness.

Born in Dover on May 19, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Ray P. and Helen M. Cronebach Mast and had retired from the Cordex Company in Apple Creek. She, along with her longtime companion, the late Jack Wilson, loved riding their Harley.

Surviving are her son, Jeffrey Burkey of New Philadelphia; a sister, Cristina Krister of Kent; two brothers, Ken Mast of Dover and Ted Mast of Baltic; four nieces; a nephew; and two grand-nephews.

In keeping with her wishes, Judith is to be cremated through the care of Geib’s Tuscarawas Valley Crematory and private services will be held at a later date.

The family requests that memorial contributions be made to Incare Ohio Hospice, 600 East Smith Road, Medina, OH 44256.
