Dear Suzanne and Scott, I'm so deeply saddened to hear of Jack's passing and send heartfelt condolences. May fond memories, and the love of friends and family bring you peace and strength during this difficult time. While I only had the priviledge of knowing Jack in Florida for a few years, I'll always remember him for his big heart, warm smile, and sincere kindness and generocity. A few memories I have of Jack that hopefully gives you a smile... Jack enjoyed getting up at the crack of dawn (or in the middle of the night to me), and reading the paper over a cup of coffee at Panera Bread. Jack enjoyed taking a walk around the cirlce at Lighthouse Bay. Jack enjoyed golf, and was always smiling regardless of his score. Jack enjoyed a nice crisp, dry German Riesling. So today, in Jacks honor, I was up at the crack of dawn to start my day with the paper over coffee. I also took a walk, and swung a golf club. Lastly, what better way to further celebrate Jack's life than to enjoy a dry, crisp German Riesling. I raise a toast to Jack, the man of such character that so many of us strive to be. This glass of Dr Loosen is for you Jack! Cheers!

Suzanne and Scott, I want to let you know how sorry I am for the both of you with the loss of Jack. I'll never forget the amount of time I spent with you two and Jack. Whether it was mowing grass, washing cars, pick up football game in the backyard with the other neighbors or late nite runs to Grandma Zifer's for pizza. I could not have asked for better memories and mentoring in my youth. I'll always be grateful for the experiences I shared with Jack that helped form who I am as an adult today. This weekend hearing of his passing just took a piece of my youth and heart away. Always, Mark Sherer
