To Francis' family and many friends, I extend my heartfelt condolences. I only met Francis 5 years ago when I joined the VFW Post 1445 Honor Guard. I am proud to have met him and become friends with him. He always had something to say that brought a smile to your face. I will miss him and his humor, and his dedication to serving his fellow veterans. Rest in peace old soldier.
