Please accept my heartfelt sympathy to the whole family of Jim's. I first met Jim when he was the company Dr. for Joy Mfg. He always impressed me as a deeply compassionate person with a low key unassuming man with great dedication to his profession. I really got to know Jim when Bob Miller, Jim and I would make our trips to Amish community where Jim took lots of pictures and purchased his annual supply of cheese for his family and friends. I treasure those trips where he and I coinversed as if we had known each other our whole lives. I will miss him terribly. He was one of the nicest people I ever met.

Dr. Zeller and his wife Lorraine have been among the finest people in our community, exhibiting kindness, generosity, professionalism and encouragement to younger generations. The Vaughans sincerely appreciated their friendship. My brothers were childhood friends of Bill and Dave, and I used to babysit them (no horror stories). They were great boys, though I was jealous that Dave got his pilot's license before I got my driver's license. The Zellers were unassuming and humble and Dr. Zeller was a respected surgeon and true patriot. Our sincere condolences on his passing.

Dr. Zeller was my surgeon back in the 1980's. He was a caring man. I remember him making his rounds at the hospital on a Sunday morning looking very dapper in a blue suit! He certainly had compassion and he was also patient with those of us who had never had surgery before. May the angels escort this kind man into Heaven!

I am very sorry to read of the loss of, Dr. Zeller. He was a very faithful and dedicated man, married for 64 years! I won't pretend to know what you're going through, but what has helped me deal with the loss of those I love is turning to the Scriptures, something that has been a real source of comfort. One Scripture that gives me hope is, John 11:25, which says, "Jesus said to her: “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life." I hope that this verse will also comfort you and, I hope you and your family can get through this difficult time. Please accept my condolences for the loss of your beloved husband, father, grandpa and friend. Sincerely, Meryl, jw.org
