Cole Hurst

Cole Hurst, 30, of Uhrichsville, passed away due to an auto accident on June 14, 2017 at Canton, Ohio.

A son of Tarry (Powell) Hurst and Troy (Marilyn) Hurst, Cole was born February 21, 1987 in Aultman Hospital at Canton, Ohio.
Cole loved spending his time surrounded by his friends and family. He had many interests including history, golf, music, Ohio State Football and Cleveland Sports.

In addition to his parents, Cole is survived by his two children, Emma and Aubrey Hurst; a brother, Tyler Hurst; step-brothers, Brock Schilling, Seth Brown and Tyler Brown; grandparents, Patricia Powell and Janet (Richard) Loughrey; cousins, Josh Wallick, Nikki, (Chad) Stocker, Tricia and Sam Dasco, Nikki Antonucci, Grace (Lee) Stanley, and Michael and Alex Karl; his girlfriend and mother of his children, Samantha Luxemburg, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Cole is preceded in death by his grandparents, Dale Powell and Tim Hurst; his aunt, Diane (Powell) Wallick and his uncle, Jay Powell.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 18, 2017 from 1 to 4 PM in the Geib Funeral Center at Dover, 5600 North Wooster Avenue, Dover, Ohio 44622. A service celebrating Cole’s life will follow in the funeral home at 4 PM with Scott Bell of the Compass Center officiating. All are invited to join in a meal and fellowship in the Hospitality Room of the Dover Geib Center following the service.
